For further assistance, please contact us a RMAdan-cases.com and include the following details:
- Product name
- Product color
- Serial number
- Reseller invoice number / Order ID
- Photographs (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
- Your full address
We will respond to your inquiry as promptly as possible.
Do not return your product without prior approval. Any product returned without a valid, unique RMA-Ticket-ID will be refused and returned to the sender at the senders expense.
The A4-H2O and A3-mATX were designed by DAN Cases but were not distributed by us. For any support inquiries, please contact Lian Li directly.
Due to current local customs regulations, I’m unable to send replacement parts to the United States as a goodwill gesture.
