  • Serial No.
  • Invoice No.
  • Pictures if necessary
  • Problem description

2We will come back to you in the next 24 hours.

3You will get all documents for the RMA process.

4Include the RMA-Form (you will get from us) inside the package.

5Return the product

Do not return your product without prior approval from DAN Cases UG. Any product returned without a valid, unique RMA-Ticket-ID will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
